Disclosures

Educational, data, and product disclaimers for TRINITY learning materials.

Not investment advice

Balanced scale icon suggesting education versus personalized advice.
These pages teach how the product thinks about markets; they do not know your personal financial situation.

All guides are for general education. TRINITY does not provide personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult professionals before making decisions.

Nothing in the Learning Center, OpenAPI reference, or in-app tooltips is an offer to buy or sell any security.

No performance guarantees

Examples, backtests, or screenshots may use historical or hypothetical data. Past performance does not predict future results.

Model outputs (stages, scores, Hunt suggestions, optimization proposals) are informational and may be wrong, incomplete, or stale.

Data and delays

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Corporate actions, halts, and exchange issues can affect displayed values.

Different symbols or exchanges may operate on different delay tiers within the same deployment.

Simulation vs live accounts

Features described as paper, demo, or simulation do not represent live execution quality, fills, or commissions unless explicitly stated for a live brokerage integration.

Slippage, borrow fees, margin calls, and tax reporting differ materially between simulated and live trading.

Third parties

TRINITY may link to or embed third-party content. Third parties are responsible for their own terms and accuracy.

Privacy and security

Authentication uses industry-standard patterns (e.g. Firebase). Protect your credentials. In the TRINITY web app (IRIS), open Privacy (/privacy), Security (/security), Terms (/terms), and Cookies (/cookies) from the app footer or settings—those pages govern data handling for the product you are signed into.

Forward-looking statements

Any forward-looking language in educational copy is illustrative only and not guidance about future market conditions.

Changes

Product behavior changes over time. If documentation conflicts with the in-app experience, the in-app experience and official release notes govern.

Contact

  • Product help: In IRIS, open Help at /help (redirects to SUPPORT_CENTER_BASE_URL when your deployment sets it; otherwise the built-in help page).
  • Learning / docs: See FAQ and troubleshooting for common errors and delays.
  • Status: IRIS exposes /status for a consolidated view of dependent services (exact layout varies by environment).
  • Security reports: Use IRIS Security at /security for the current coordinated-disclosure or contact path for your deployment.

Retail marketing: Before promoting this Learning Center to a broad retail audience, complete an internal Legal review of jurisdiction-specific claims and disclaimers (see docs/compliance-disclaimers.md in the trinity-pythia repository). This is a release gate, not optional polish.
